Hip Flexor Stretch

  Hip Flexor Stretch

Position your affected leg across the chair as shown. Lean forwards by bending the front knee, keeping your trunk upright. The stretch should be felt over the front of the hip.


Directions:

-All stretches are to be done slowly avoiding sudden or bouncy movements.
-Hold all stretches for 15-20 seconds and repeat 3 times.
-Do your stretches at least once a day.
-Avoid holding your breath and relax your muscles (over the area of stretch) as much as possible.
