Knee Extension Stretch

   Knee Extension Stretch

Position your leg as shown using a ____kg weight, with your toes pointing upwards. Flatten the knee as much as possible to maximise the stretch which should be felt behind the knee.



Directions:

-All stretches are to be done slowly avoiding sudden or bouncy movements.
-Hold all stretches for 15-20 seconds and repeat 3 times.
-Do your stretches at least once a day.
-Avoid holding your breath and relax your muscles (over the area of stretch) as much as possible.
